Community opportunities

Community Opportunities is a community based program where individuals are supported to pursue their employment, volunteer or recreational interests on a full or part-time basis.

In our residences, individuals live semi-independently, pursuing activities and employment or volunteer opportunities during the day, and receive evening and overnight support. Two of our homes are devoted to providing services to aging individuals who require increasing support.

Joey’s Home Mindful Hearts Memory Care Centre is a warm, inclusive home created for people with diverse abilities who are living with dementia.
